Mr. Macfarlane has over 10 years legal experience in transactional and litigation matters. He earned is B.A. in Economics in 2003 at Virginia Tech and J.D. at The Catholic University of America in 2007. Mr. Macfarlane practiced law for five years in the Washington, D.C. area before moving to California. In Washington, D.C. he represented community banks, commercial landlords and local businesses in a variety of transactional and litigation matters including the sale/purchase of businesses, general corporate matters, contract disputes, collections and landlord/tenant matters.
Since moving to San Diego, Mr. Macfarlane has continued his practice of transactional and litigation matters with a focus on health care professionals and other licensed individuals. He counsels clients in licensing, administrative, and general corporate matters such as formation, corporate compliance and employment.
