Brian Attard’s hardworking and disciplined nature combined with his ability to absorb a deep grasp of several areas of law has allowed him to gain the trust and admiration of business owners and employers all over Southern California. Brian is dedicated to helping clients find solutions for the most stressful and high stakes problems in their business and personal affairs. Brian’s clients value his insightful assessment of legal issues and his ability to think several steps ahead. Brian is familiar with all facets of the law, but he primarily focuses on representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. His focus for the past few years has been defending employers in Employment and Wage and Hour claims, consumer law defense, and class action defense.
Brian is originally from Queens, New York and attended the University of California at Santa Barbara to earn a B.A. in Economics and Accounting. He received his J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Linda Lopez. Brian also received an outstanding service award from the Legal Aid Society of San Diego.
Brian understands that no legal situation is easy and makes sure his clients navigate the process with a zealous advocate on their side. He communicates with transparency at every step of the way and develops a direct strategy specifically customized for each client’s personal issue. Brian’s goal is to achieve a positive result in the most cost-effective and efficient way for his clients.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Brian enjoys travelling and exploring the world’s oceans by SCUBA diving. When he is not advocating for his clients or breathing under water, you can find him exploring Southern California on his bike.
