Sharlynne Solomon has over 6 years legal experience in transactional and litigation matters and is licensed to practice law in California and Hawaii. Ms. Solomon focuses her practice on health care law, corporate transactional law, and business litigation.
Her experience includes corporate formations, negotiating and drafting agreements, advising on legal and compliance issues, mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements, leasing, shareholder disputes, and other transactional matters.
Ms. Solomon earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. During law school, she served as legal extern for the Office of County Counsel of Orange County.
