Sharlynne Solomon is originally from Oahu, Hawaii. Ms. Solomon moved to San Diego to earn a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego where, in addition to her undergrad studies, she was a member of the Associated Students Torero Program Board and the Alcala Mortar Board Honor Society. She received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. During law school, she served as legal extern for the Office of County Counsel of Orange County.
Ms. Solomon has diverse experience in both transactional law and civil litigation. Her focus for the past few years has been Real Estate, Business Contracts, Business Litigation and Disputes, and Trust and Estates. Ms. Solomon is admitted to the California State Bar, Hawaii State Bar, and Federal Bar of the U.S. District Courts for the District of Hawaii and Southern District of California. She is an active member of several legal associations.
Ms. Solomon has experience creating customized client timelines to enhance efficiency of case progression and ensure transparent communication between clients and legal team from the onset of engagement to the close of each case. Additionally, she is well versed in researching compliance procedures and drafting formation and compliance documents for C-Corp and LLC clients.
