Key Responsibilities
As a Business Litigation Attorney at the Watkins Firm, you will:
- Handle complex business litigation, employment defense, and real estate law matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations with a strategic approach.
- Provide counsel and advice to clients on litigation strategies, leveraging your business-minded perspective.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of California.
Minimum of three years of experience in business litigation. Employment defense litigation and real estate law is an added bonus!
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
