Nancy Correa is an established transactional attorney with a diverse background representing clients in both transactional and litigation matters. She has more than 20 years of experience and has worked as an in-house attorney for large businesses and agencies and as an attorney at various law firms in both British Columbia, Canada and California.

Nancy currently specializes in business law assisting start up clients with structuring and formation of companies to suit their needs; preparing and negotiating a variety of contracts, including leases, management services agreements, employment contracts, services agreements, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, and others; counseling clients on state and federal regulatory and compliance matters; negotiating mergers and acquisitions; and otherwise advising clients on the day-to-day legal aspects associated with their health care practices and other business endeavors.

As an experienced litigator, Nancy analyzes agreements for potential risks and advocates on her client’s behalf. Her practice currently specializes in healthcare law, but she is also experienced advising technology companies, construction companies, real property owners, and other businesses.  Nancy graduated from the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Law in 1997 and graduated with distinction from the University of Victoria in 1994 with a B.A., majoring in political science. She also has a Journalism diploma from Mount Royal College in Calgary, AB and worked as a journalist for several newspapers in Western Canada before becoming an attorney.  Nancy was admitted to practice law in British Columbia in 1998 and in California in 2003.
